Mining-inspired nods and Park City’s spirit of adventure displayed through programming bring storytelling to life, while collaboration with our procurement professionals introduced standout elements—from a custom glacier-inspired reception desk and mining-tunnel-style lobby lighting to a site-specific outdoor mural—creating a warm, distinctly Parkite experience guests will remember and share.

Whether silver or snow, Hotel Thaynes marries Park City’s mining spirit with its skiing subculture to create a destination that invites you to dig a little deeper.

In the guestrooms, existing headboards were revitalized with upholstered panels and subtle storytelling elements, such as details inspired by miners’ suspenders. Practical upgrades—integrated gear storage, boot‑drying stations, and abundant hooks—support the active lifestyle. Textures and accents recall ski goggles, miners’ headlamps, and Park City’s playful spirit.
